Many of the colonies are defenseless, isolated by the void of space along a frontier around the Earth and its neighboring stars. You are the captain of the UFS Intrepid, UFSE's last hope for uniting this part of the galaxy.

Description
The crew of the UFSE Intrepid blasts holes in the hull of an ancient derelict, loosing cargo and other shipboard items into the vacuum of space. The player can pick up the cargo and sell it at the local spaceport. This is the first screenshot of Fringes made available!
The hull heats up when attacked with infrared weaponry.
