City Of Ruin will be cut-short due to a LOT of problems. Mainly, the concept artist has moved, and no longer has an internet connection. Besides that, I'm facing heavy family problems.
These problems WILL be resolved, that I guarantee, but the main factor is when it will be. I'm too selfish to let COR die, after all. I believe around December 15th, COR will be back on track. If not, I'll wait until 2014, if no news by then, the project is closed.
