City Of Ruin is a side scrolling shooter. Inspired by the original platformers like Mario, but also by the new era sandbox titles, like Assassain's Creed. City Of Ruin combines both into a game that blends old, and new games. The game features a full Single-Player campaign so far, with a large amount of unlockables, characters and even bosses. The game currently has no release date. Did I mention: Raptor Cyborgs?

And so, City of Ruin comes back from the dead like a zombie! Or ghost. Or spectre. Wraith. Ghoul. Weird Al.
With great pride I now say City of Ruin is back on track. Downloads won't be as frequent, but updates will be. In case you're wandering where I've been(Or not.), I've been busy. Not committing genocide. The usual. COR has been slowly tweaked and added upon, with dialogue, story, mechanics, and enemy AI. The next update will feature
- a new foe, The Cultist. He has a FOV, higher attack damage, speed, and can perform parkour.
- loot drops; defeated opposition will drop weapon parts, which can be used to build and upgrade your arsenal.
- new stages
- music
-sounds
-multiple tweaks
-improved platforming
-larger stages
-cyborg raptors
-smaller improvements/stability
Hopefully, you're pumped for the next update. Or at least impressed. Either way, it's been a year and a tad too much since I last worked on a game, so I'll hope you're as excited by the next update as I am.
