Here's the first version of the animation for applying plasticuffs.
Awesome! Will you be able to drag them around?
I'm thinking about adding that as a way of bringing them to safety but that will probably make more sense for the teammates. You can already drag them around while cuffing them although that's only a side effect: the maneuver doesn't stop until the operator can reach the small of their back so you can simply walk the other way and they will drag along.
