A quick look at the Persian faction for Alpha 8.
why did you collect so many stone ?
lol random question!, What's wrong with doing that? ... It's collecting resorcues, better to have more than needed, rather than too few at all so later you have to waste time collecting. The way to win in these sort of games is to generate and collect a lot of different kinds of materials, so you can build a very effective and a near endless army. Depending on how much the world gives you in resources such as food, wood, stone, iron etc... hope that answers it good enough :)
Continuing about resources, I was wondering I find in many games like Age of Empires and such like that the resources available tend to run out, will there, or is there a means or way that these resources can be replenished? Nice work with Parsa by the way, I have always liked the look of their armour and clothing
Well, in Age of Empires you could keep the game running anyway until the trees ran out... sell in the markets, trade carts and such. It would be nice if you could play a few hours before the resources dies.
If I had continued the game to its conclusion, I would have been constructing lots of Fortresses and Towers, which cost a lot of Stone. :) Hope that helps. (Plus if other resources run out I could have bartered away Stone for the resources I need at the Market.)
I forgot to mention that I really like the farms. It looks like you can overlap them a bit, which is nice.
yea the farms looks amazing
