I'm so impressed by your work. I love aoe(1) but I really can't play it nowadays since it feels soooo slow (to the point it's actually just annoying >_<) and this reminds me very much of aoe (and aom) very much, the artwork in the game is really amazing.
So with that said I wish you all a merry, merry christmas :)
AWESOME. BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!!!! I love you guys ;-;
I am really impressed :D, come to me for any questions, on any work you have done, and I will gladly give you detailed feedback. My only one concern, which is only very minor, is that your maps, are generally quite small and limited; therefore you could look in the future to extend the map borders for each map. Other than that, the amount of beautiful detail from the textures, sounds, flora, and creatures that you supply within the maps that you make, really do add to that richness factor, and makes it overall an excellent mod. Keep up the great work guys :D
We try to keep the size of the maps down a bit for now as there still are a lot of performance fixes we need to do before the game runs as smoothly as we'd wish to. If you try the random maps you can get bigger maps though, just be aware it can be a bit slow, at least if you have a lot of other players (AI or human).
It just occurred to me that I haven't seen round maps since Age of Mythology...
Or are they present in the current build too? I don't remember.
The round maps have been around for a couple of Alphas, so yeah, you should have them already :)
very nice job, it looks amazing
This is looking incredible. Keep up the good work.
