I made this list to teach players and creators of characters how to make more effective characters to add on the game, otherwise this is also to teach them how to do it the right way so I can add them to the game faster and with less complications like extra editing or corrections. This is a game that is being made by everyone to be played by everyone.

I already have a great character to add, sadly the links on the "evernote" page don't work (Template and character list).
That's odd, both links work well for me. I'll ask someone else to test them.
You may submit the character on the forums, not on the Evernote page.
