Hello there!
We are back to share more content about Scarf. This is going to cover a lot of the development, so I will summarize!
We are now really close to the finish line and we wanted to share more about our process during this last year.
First, we finished the Desert level. We wanted to have one level fully functional, in the last stage of development, so we could trully see what we were capable of. It took some time, since polishing things is something that takes so much time. But we made it. And I wanted to share some of the process of this level, so you could see how things have changed since the beginning.

The Desert is not the first level of the game actually, so after finishing it we decided that we needed to revisit the first level of the game, to add more interesting mechanics. One of them was the Water Orb.
Here you can see the Water Orb mechanic, a water repeller, so you can get inside the water and explore the depths.
Once we did that we had to focus on the next level, what we call the Forest. To summarize, it was hard work. Scarf is not a huge game, but we have a lot of content, a lot of places, so it wasn't easy. No game is though!
