Shing! is - as we like to describe it - a beat’em’up 2.0. A unique mix of good old arcade gameplay, combined with modern graphics, innovative control scheme and robust combat mechanics.
Hordes of enemies, gallons of blood, giant boss fights – it’s all here. Unique control scheme? Check. Sharp, colourful graphics? Check. A funny plot with interesting characters? Check, check and check!

Let’s talk more about controls. Who wants another boring „mash one button to win” control scheme. Instead, imagine this – the right analog stick is responsible for all you attacks, mimicking the movement of your character’s weapon. The sword cuts exactly where you point the stick - slashing forward when you flick to the side, uppercutting when you flick up, swinging the blade around when you make circle motions, and so on. The whole process is incredibly intuitive, and lets even absolute beginners perform awesome combos in the matter of minutes. As combat is the real soul of Shing!, we did everything we could to make it as fluent, fast-paced, and diverse as possible. It’s simply fun to play.

The 4 playable characters are Yokai hunters – deadly warrior monks, tasked with defending the realm from a sudden onslaught of mythical beasts. While trying to recover the legendary Starseed, they will trek through crowded cities bathed in neon light, ash-covered ruins of ancient civilisations, noxious swamps hidden in mists and many other exotic locations.

Features:
- Unique Twin Stick control scheme
- complex fighting system, putting heavy emphasis on both attack, defence, and improvising custom-made combos.
- up to 4 players in couch and online co-op
- 4 different playable characters, 16 different enemy types.
- 7 stages with varied environments, puzzles and additional combat challenges.
