Welcome to the Feb 2016 update for Project : Limit Release, in this update we will be talking about everything related to the new content being developed for the film.
This is a 3D Machinima movie project NOT a game.
(Machinima is a form of animation created using video games or video game engines to render the footage.)
In our last update we detailed about yet more delays due to personal issues that are out of our control, hopefully these issues will be resolved in the near future.
We have been continuously working hard to improve our content as this year we want to release another huge update at E3, in the last update we also detailed how we manage to get the scale of the models right by comparing our models to the original PS2 models. Recently we have made a custom Quixel material that will help texture all of our models with ease and allow us to focus on the smaller details.
We have been posting interactive previews from Sketchfab so that the community can inspect the models at their own leisure, I have decided to post up two of the test pieces here that have textures on them so that you can check out our work as we continue to progress.
