Devlog #2: Un-tidying Up the Place
As always, we hope you've all been doing alright.
We want to share some of the progress made in the past couple of weeks. Our main focus has been on making the existing levels feel more full and lively, as well as adding new narrative content. To that effect, we've reworked the levels to include more props and NPC's, creating a more "chaotic" scene, which makes it feel like a proper military camp, where people work and live.
Our 3D artist has also been busy creating some of the more setting-specific assets such as radios, propaganda posters, weapons, huts, and tents, essential to creating the authenticity we're striving for.
The first of the three planned memories (ergo missions) is very close to completion, needing only a few tweaks to the script, and recording all the necessary voice lines.
Very soon, we'll post a new video showcasing the current state of the project and all these changes.
