Check out the new videos from the development of City Climber!

Hey guys!

Another week is over. Work on City Climber goes rather slowly, but at least it does not lack in terms of quality. I`ve been mostly working on various dynamic scenes with animated camera, so that`s why there are so many videos today! :)

Main Menu

I had a hard time figuring out what style should I go for in the Main Menu. I found the answer after designing the last level of the story. It has this dreamy atmosphere, floating objects and uses combination of darker colors on white background. This is the result!

Level Selection

Level selection screen was too schematic, repetetive and boring. That`s why I decided to add these small models - each representing one level of the story.

What`s Next?

I would like to focus on polyshing Leap of Faith challenges, and creating some awesome levels for it. Leap of Faith is a local multipalyer gamemode where you take turns in jumping off a crane and your task is to hit various objects below (Barrel with water, Haystack etc.)
