I was very excited to play the mod but when loading it when it gets to Init XML (unchached) it stops and the game crashes. I can PM you the logs if you want

I din't fiddle with the files, I'm using MoW:AS I reinstalled the mod and it seems to work I just hope it won't happen again

Sorry to ask you one more thing. The first 2 days it worked perfectly now Campaign.exe crashes on startup I have done everything in the tutorial by the letter, would you happen to know what's the problem?

Every time the first load into the game is good but if I fail and re load to a previous point the second or the third time I try it it crashes

No there is no way to change because the sprites take simply too much time to animate so that's the main reason they switched over to 3D

I have followed the instructions but many of the factions and maps are missing, is it because the game's automatically patched by steam to the latest version?
