Looks great but I think you can remove polys from the foregrip and handle and put them towards the magazine. The model of the handle is rounded but the texture makes it look less rounded. Also from the angles you'll be seeing the foregrip from and its texture, there's no need to round it so much.
Judging by the amount of faces on the right side, I would say you're right.
They look nice but it seems you're only creating different models for different colours. I suggest you create a low polygon model and then texture it.

Well, the "Round" and "Points", the grenades at the top right.
To have something there that replaces the tech suite/ammo display of the gun. We don't have a way to display the ammo like the regular games so there's going to be pretty much an EOTech sight crosshair. If anyone can suggest an awesome crosshair, we could look into it. ;p

Sorry guys, I tried to take a clean approach but didn't know what details I could've and should've added. So there's no rust or dirt on this model. I've also added a lot of detail in a texture that hasn't been uploaded.

Individual fingers would add around 90 tris (guesstimate)and that's a lot considering that this model is already 536 tris.

Yes, texture artists do UV map but they do not STEAL images and just place it on their weapons. They make their own textures with programs like GIMP or Photoshop, etc. You're better off just using basic colours as placeholders for your texture.
The proportions appear good but those textures are way to high res.
It's a little high poly for a "box" :P
