Late reply but it's meant to overwrite the op4 models,sounds,etc if You are going for a manual install (since it looks like yours it's steam), install the pack on an empty folder then take the folders to the root folder of op4 and done make a copy of the unmoddified op4 folder just in case

Some textures could work if the _detail tex file is Made (for detail textures) models work fine

Well there is The tf2 beta nailgun so you could re-paint to blue and The other one The nailguner from cso you of course re-paint to yellow.
