I copy all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist I start the *.bat file and I get "Could not load main init file:Phenomenon/main_init.cfg, but the *.cfg file IS there.

Any help please?

POSSIBLE SPOILERS!!!

I just came back from the Mortuary and saved the game. I have picked up oil on the way, but I never found a lantern (yet). The lantern should of been found (did I miss it?) or all is fine (I have yet to find it?)
This really bugged me, because this is such a GREAT mod, that it would be a shame to overlook this and maybe start from the beginning.

The part in the Hospital, I think. The big dude is activated and I got the Key that opens all doors, found the Morphine YET when I click up, on the vent, it still says I need to find the medication. I searched in every "butthole" but zilch... Is there something else to do or I bugged out the script?

Another BRILLIANT voice that left us early and his colleague, Bassman/songwriter Mike that left the scene too... :/

I was at the last part of the game, looking for a way in to the chopper. In one of the rooms there were barrels that still had fuel vapor in them. Was there something to do about that or was that just a 'thing'?

It's like my problem, just below - an Appcrash... But nobody seems to answer, help.. :/

Guys, please help me, I can not find anyone on the web with the same/similar problem.
I have the non steam version, updated Amnesia to 1.3 even tried 1.3.1, both (Necrologue and Twilight) are copied into ...\redist except the BAT files. I know the drill pretty well with Amnesia and CS MODs.
Game starts, I have the main menu, but when I click "New game" it starts the loading screen 'Loading..." and stops with the appcrash I copy/pasted above, in my first post.
Please, anyone?

I think the best (and the future) way is HPL3, definitely. I heard that some developers of CSs exported their work to the new HPL3 environment and everything is cool.

I am at chapter 6 as I write this, I'll continue later today.
Now I'm ****** that I gave you a "9" when I played the demo, but I can't revoke my grade unfortunately (ModDB won't let that I think).
