Money is just vanishing from the French treasury, its ridiculous, -4000 even at the lowest expenditure for army supplies, am I not allowed to have troops in my colonies?
Edit: Its from province maintenance, not armies. How do I get historical decolonisation events to fire? I'm doing a new game as Belgium, its 1961, nothing is happening. Earlier I had a game as the UK and Israel wouldn't happen.

Make sure you're using the github version, the moddb version is defunct
Yugoslavia should be able to join the non-aligned movement if they are not in the Soviet sphere of influence as they were a founding member. The movement was literally formed in Belgrade.

On the github version: I suggest assimilation is reduced. Its definitely necessary to have assimilation but not to the point that Belize, South Africa, the Bahamas and Guyana are fully British. It could also be colonial migrations causing this, but the southern states quickly become Yankee as well. (Perhaps afro-american pops are being assimilated?)
Also a question: Is there supposed to be a country in that empty part of Algeria?
You can rename it to whatever you want. I rename mine to catch, though with that patch a few years back I'm not sure if its still necessary.

Um another bug, it looks like Egypt and Libya switched places, after Libya somehow united with Syria and Iraq (even though they were in my Soviet sphere of influence)
Update: Libya is Libya but it has cores in all of Egypt and Sudan

Korea is still Korea, and as for Western Europe, Spain and Portugal are the only places I haven't touched.
I have that same problem too, the whole trade system works based on prestige, and uncivs lose prestige over time. What you can do is constantly fight and win wars, which is easier said than done, or you can give yourself prestige if you are fine with cheating.

I really like the mod, but its bugging me that that Sullust is in the wrong place in the galactic conquest.
In steam right click the game and click properties, and then go to betas and choose "previous_patch" After this go to local files and click browse local files. Go into your mods folder, galaxy at war and then open the mod.info file with notepad and change the min_game_version to "3.2.6.0"
