Impressive work! I just played around with your plugin for a while, and I can see that you definitely have something promising in the works.
Just a tip: I'd suggest removing vanilla files for your next alpha release just if you want to decrease your plugin's file size. It'll make it easier for you to search through your plugin stuff as well.
