LEt Malta be able to form the Kingdom of Jerusalem, for which they have to control...well Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. If they become a GP, they can have the decision to 'Spread the Gospel' which gives them cores on some more area in that location.
In this history , the royalists won the English Civil War (somehow) so England will be an ABSOLUTE monarchy.
And maybe a civil war during the "Springtime of Nations" (I say Springtime of Nations because i forgot the date of when it started) between Royalist England and Congress England (Before the civil war,the monarch will get an offer by the Congress to turn the ab. monarchy into an HM's Government. If the monarch does not accept, the civil war will start between Royalist England,which is absolute monarchy and Congress England,which is HM's government)(Royalists control southern Eng. and Congress control North,idk about the colonies) and maybe an event for all GP's to express their support to either one of the factions or not express it at all.
And maybe a treaty where if the war is not over, England will be partitoned (Somewhat like North and South Korea, where Cong.England will be called North England and Royal. England will be just called England)

1-At the beginning of the game,New England declares war on the US for Maryland.If NE wins, maybe you could make a chain of events for the US where the current president attempts to turn the democracy into a monarchy and if he fails, maybe a civil war between the US and Kingdom of America or something like that.
2-Maybe give Burgundy their own culture to show that they have been independant for a long time and when France annexes Burgundy they get a good no. of rebels.To stop that,they can elivate the Burgundian culture to accepted or higher to form France-Burgundy.Req. same as Aus-Hung.
3-If Scotland has high relationships with Ireland, they can propose the Northern Alliance or something to "protect themselves from the invading English forces.To counter that, England can propose to form The English Federation with New England.

In this alternate history, Spain somehow managed to keep Mexico under control, but during the 1st Carlist War,Mexico declares independence.
in other words...
Let Spain be in a war against Mexico, where Spain wants to re-annex Mexico and Mexico wants to be independent. Since Spain has Carlos to deal with, 60% of the time it will let Mexico become independent or it might luckly re-annex it.In an other scenario, in which Carlos comes to power and Mexico s re-annexed, Carlist Spain gets a decision to gain its former colonies (after researching Nat and Imp.)
