I've learned not to look that deeply into what people say as it's mostly a reflection of themselves. Honesty's an attribute of the truly brave- a privilege of the very few.

When the interviewer isn't capable of doing the job he's interviewing people for.
Most interviewers rarely or even never perform employee's work as they don't have enough experience :D
