You need to organize the statues according to what it is on the billboard near the recorder. The Bird heads south, so make it head down towards the rest of the statues. The owl is east, and the horse and lion are both west, you might have to jiggle the horse east / west but after doing this it will open a door, you should be able to figure out what to do from there.

I can hopefully try. There is a door you can go through leading to a open train. There is a recorder to the right, promptly head left after entering the train and enter the door to the far left, inside this part of the train at the end is a sledgehammer, pick it up. Head back to the wall.

Theres one in the Apartments, I'll just tell you now, its in the really bloody apartment, and then ones in the other train station, which you can now backtrack too to get the other fuse. Put them in the door that you followed the doctor too.
