Most likely in the Venasaur update there will not be any aggro and you have to choose the pokemon that you want to battle, but it's definitely a possibility in the future.

There is a lot to consider with pokemon sizes, but the idea in favor right now it that the pokemon will grow up as they level up. Also there's a possibility of there being a larger "Alpha" pokemon in a group of them. But nothing is set in stone

Soon, Unity 5 has many API issues that have slowed down production

Nintendo can not stop us, all of our assets are 100% made original. Plus we aren't making any revenue :)

Nintendo can sue us if we use their assets, everything at PJ 100% original :)

I've animated with my friend before, and we are getting into 3D animation as well, we would love to help! With every upside there is a downside though, were teens. but what a lot of gaming companies don't understand, is that sometimes the people that they aim they're products on can give them amazing ideas! For example, you have made it so Pokèmon can smash others into boulders and even break them in battle mode, my idea is that you can make it so the Pokèmon can do attacks on them any time at all, sometimes reveling items and secret passages, I hope that you would love my help, and again we are teens so we expect no pay whatsoever! Free labor! Or of course we could just give you cool ideas.
