Description
I completed this game just yesterday and I have to share this with you. Mainly because this game is not very popular and it is underrated.
If you didn't play this game (or you even don't know this game) you have to play it.
I used Absolute texture packs (Absolute Nature 2 and Absolute Structures), Stalker Weather Overhaul 3.1.1, STALKER Shaders MAX and Zone Reclamation Project.
Its one of the best games which I ever played. Especially because of their atmosphere and concept. I could write much more things about it but I will save it for the review.
I gotta give it a try. It's been a while since I found this game and it seems to be very impressing and original. I just need to find a safe way to get it! ;D
You should definitely buy it. It cost less than 10 euro (box version) in three internet shops and in one shop its even less than 5 euros. I don't recommend steam version because some mods are not compatible or they have some other problems.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shoc has a big world and with mods it much bigger (especially those from Russians). I'm recommending you to use mods which I used but if you have very powerfully rig you can use dynamic shaders mod which change graphic totally. However, it is very demanding and it is in a beta version so I better used shaders max which I don't had almost any problems.
I bought 3 Stalker games from gog.com on summer sale i believe. For 20 euros :P
I bought all games for under than 10 euros but that was some time ago.
On this site ( Hry-na-pc.heureka.sk ) I saw that Shoc cost only two euros in March which is amazing price for amount of content(and with all those mods its dirty cheap).
I almost forgot that I bought Call of Pripyat only for two euros about a month ago (I had only a demo before).

Well It really depends. If you compare S.T.A.L.K.E.R. with GTA San Andreas, Call of Duty (second game) or with Fallout (third one and New Vegas) you would see that much more people know those games than S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (it is definitely different in Russia and in some other countries but overall it is not so popular game like Metro).
Here on Moddb S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is very popular but on YouTube is Fallout much more popular.
Those screen shots are nice but If someone doesn't play that game I'm recommending to don't watch them because they had a lot of spoilers.
Shadow of Chernobyl :3 asi najlepšia časť zo všetkých...
Podľa toho čo som hral tak asi hej. Call of Pripyat je docela dobrý (veľmi dlho som ho nehral) ale podľa toho čo si pamätám tak nemal až takú dobrú atmosféru ako Shadow of Chernobyl.
Ano , ten Call of Pripyat mi pripadá tak trochu odflaknuty alebo takpovediac "na rychlo spravený".
