A Linux version in the future?

The demo version worked fine on my Debian wheezy 64-bit (32-bit libs installed). Very simple to install. The clivecrous reply below fix the sound issue for me. It's a beautiful game, very good game engine. This game is on my wish list.

Look at Linux Game Publishing site for a demo. But if your question is about having a demo version here on Desura, this is very appreciable.

cd .desura/games/the-platform-shooter/lib (I'm using the Desurium client)
ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXaw.so.7 libXaw.so.7

Sometimes the client crash without error information on the console. How do I get more verbose debug information?

On console I get this msg " /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /home/rodrigo/.desura/games/14729/3496/lib/libXaw.so.7) ". The libc6 is out of date?

My system is Debian Wheezy 64-bit and I run apt-get upgrade daily.

Fantastic work. Compiled version git on Debian testing (Wheezy / 64-bit) and run very smooth, just a few crashes, but I'll check. Finally video player works, not too difficult to build, support for 32-bit games ok and the logo Desurium is very beautiful. This logo could be the official logo of Desura, it is much more notable logo. Thank you Desurium team.

I updated the game and now my usb joystick doesn't work anymore. The joystick worked before the update and I tried to assign keys in custom option but not work anything. How can i activate it again? I'm using Debian Squeeze 64 bits.

The 64-bit Linux game version beta is outdated? I install this but the desura change log show only "Sep 18 2011, 6:45am - VERSION: 1.5.4" and the game console show ""version" is:"wop 1.5.4_SVN2013 beta". The lastest version is 1.5.5.1. :(
