You have to go to the building with the assassin. I climbed across the light post over the street. That part was kind of confusing for me too.

This mod was freaking FANTASTIC. I was absolutely blown away with the gameplay, the visuals (even though my crappy computer had trouble handling them sometimes), and the fact that this looked absolutely nothing like Half Life 2.

I did have a couple of small gripes, though.
1) Some of the world models of the weapons were noticeably different from their view models (the biggest being the MP7 vs. MP9 deal)
2) The teammates acted like idiots, sometimes, running directly into gunfire, but I guess that can't be helped.
3) Some of the voice acting was a little bit, eh... Uninspired.

Those are all very small problems I had, which didn't affect my enjoyment of the game. I rate it a 15/10. It really deserves to be it's own game, not a mod.

the problem these guys are having is that you've "hidden" the file they want.

not really that you've "hidden" it, but more along the lines of you put it where no one would think to look.

everyone with this problem should look in C/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/company of heroes, and EF_Launcher.exe should be in there.

these people were expecting an average installer where the launcher gets put on the desktop, whereas you've decided to bury it in the game directory.

now to my problem; i found the correct file, started it, jumped through the numerous updates (by the way, it would be a lot simpler if we could get every update at once instead of constantly update and update and update until it's up to date), and now it's saying "Unable to locate Company of Heroes directory."

So, um. What now?

Damn... I'd totally get this if my disc drive worked, but as of right now, my physical copy of CoD4 - which is sitting right by me as I type this - is useless.

Pretty goddamn awesome, but a small flaw I noticed in the test download. Based on the way the turbine is spinning, the airship is flying backward.

Do I really need EP1 for this (and Black Mesa Source)? I only have Counter Strike: Source and there are a lot of OB engine games that I can play (GMOD, ZPS, ETC.) so do I really need EP1 for this?
