That is rpgmaker, specifically 2003. The sprites for the characters on the world map are all default ones from the rtp of it, same with the tiles. What sort of nonsense are they trying to pull here?

$25 is really cheap compared to their previous games, and if it's at all along the same level of quality (which I'm sure it is), $25 is a steal. I remember buying Dominions 3 4+ years ago, and I still play it all the time. The amount of commitment to updating their games that these guys do is incredible, along with the mod community behind it.
