Were you ever able to resolve the BD coop flashlight problem here: Moddb.com
I am getting the same problem.
The bug with BD itself was when loading the third party flashlight with it. (and having the flashlight key binded to the BD flashlight instead of the added one)
I'm not playing coop lately, but I think I had pretty satisfying results when loading the flashlight plugin before all other mods.
