Can you change the player skill "Crossbow" to "Rifle" and "Firearms" to "Pistol". Is one able to purchase pistols from the arms merchant? Don't see it for sale during my brief test. Also is it possible to have different font sizes for villages, castles, towns so they can be easily identified? Keep up the good work.

Example item 688 itm_whitworth_rifled_musket_bayonet , at the flags section scroll until u see "civilian/next item as melee" and tick the box, then 689 (itm_whitworth_rifled_musket_bayonet_melee) will become the melee stats. U have to assign 688 to the units and they will switch between shooting (distance) and melee (close in). If u give the unit 689 then it will be melee only.

Item 696 itm_model_1728_bayonet is done correctly, use it as reference.

Go play and look at Old America 1860, it is a much better mod with larger map, more features, more weapons etc etc. (no mod is ever perfect).

Alot of rifles with bayonet don't have the field "next item melee" thus these rifles don't have the melee stats. Also, some units use the rifles that are the melee only version (thus cannot fire).

Hi, is capturing lords after defeating them in battle possible with this mod? So far I have no luck, enemy lords either escape or die from wounds.

1. Imperial heavy repeater animation is incorrect, char shoots the weapon in reverse.
2. I am able to recruit the npc "faction heroes including player begin"
3. Mercs cantina recruited is incorrect, eg I recruit "A" merc, but "B" merc appears in my company.

Have a large number of security guards, twi'lek dancers, rodian, bothan, mon cal, miltia, chiss and do big battles. Initial crash may take some time, but once it happens it will occur more and more frequently.

After more investigation, I believe the previously reported issue of energy shield is accurate. Go into battle with largely security guards, twi'lek dancers, chiss, squid heads and eventually u will see a crash. I did a proof of concept by changing troops with itm_energy_shield_* to itm_durasteel_shield_* and it crashes have been significantly reduced.

When assaulting bespin, u spawn in the middle of enemy troops.

When helping a patrol out near coruscant, battle is bugged.
1. fps drops to <20fps.
2. enemy spawns outside battlemap, no way troops can reach them.

With WSE Loader and single threading, it still crashes, but less frequently though...

One way to replicate the crash during battles.
1. load ur character with 3x high ammo auto fire weapons (E5, DC15, heavy repeating blaster etc).
2. Get into a fight on the space ship.
3. Rapid fire like crazy, just keep firing, eventually it will crash.

Still seeing crashes during battles. Single threading enable/disabled have similiar crash probability. This makes large battles (with CIS) not do-able (with battlesize of 150, there will be several rounds and it will crash at round 3 or 4).

There is still the occassional crashes with particle effects enabled with lots of laser bolts flying around.
Removing particle effects reduces this probability, but u won't be able to fully see the effects of a thermal detonator.

I recruited nightsisters reaper, but if I click on them from the "party" menu, game crashes out.

I have very bad lag when travelling on the main (world) map. <30fps and lots of jitter. I have reduced all effect and video quality to low (or 0).
Movement in towns/inn are ok, probably due to the large number of other units on the world map??

Combat in city, auto weapons become single shot :
1. attacked by bandits at night.
2. City attack of looters (initial mission by Merchant of Reyadin).

fn_scar_scoped still fires a shot after pressing "V".

Overvall map still seems small - cities and villages are better spaced apart now. Would it possible to use reckoning names for cities and villages rather than plain warband?

Original recokening had the option to convert troops to become heroes, any plan for this feature?

Played for a short while.
1. minigun is fantastic
2. map is still too small, all the cities are too near each other and lots of empty space on the other side.
3. fn_scar_scoped still fires a shot when "V" is pressed
4. Cannot find leather_glove anywhere, has it been removed from all the merchants?

Like the battle map so far, nice and big. Weapon merchant needs to sell guns and ammo ...
For the fn_scar_scoped , whenever I press "V", a shot is fired.
How do I get ammo for companions, enemy never seem to drop ammo...

For those encountering crashes, it seems reducing image quality reduces the possibility of crashes during combat. I think too many (high image quality) laser bolts flying around overstresses the cpu/gpu/ram.

With high powered guns, automatic weapons, rockets, grenades etc ... small maps just doesn't provide required time to react and properly deploy troops. Thus the recommendation to increase size of all battle maps and to reduce bunching as much as possible . Thanks.

The original reckoning has some small battle maps (eg bridge in urban env) that causes troops to bunch up. Would it be possible to re-visit the maps and make them bigger ? Bunched up troops @ start on a small map are easily taken out by rockets. Thanks.
