Потому что он не умер, разработка продолжается. Есть такие моменты, когда нужно все очень хорошо обдумать дабы не вышло очередное "гумно", вместо мода. Community Center является приоритетом в разработке, через него будет распространяться мод и вестись статистика. Очень мало людей. У меня всего один переводчик (ну скажем, 2 переводчика), 2 человека, которые готовы написать пару-тройку треков и всё! 5 человек в команде, это не так уж и много.

Хотел дотянуть до первого Q&A, но отвечу сейчас: в BtA не будет порталов/портальной пушки. С кооперативом всё очень сложно, возможно его всё же не будет.
