I've been inactive for some times because of my studies and now I'm in holidays out of my house but the v0.3 is coming soon :)
I've already finished the scoreboard and reload system, I just need to do the classes / weapon pack system and finish the UI / menu and we're good to go :)
PS: The scores display like this:
(player ID) Gamertag | Kills | Deaths
And as you can see the team scores are still bugging ( 0-2 when in fact it's 1-2 ), but I'm working on it :)

Did you use photogrammetry for the terrain or did you do that by hand ? Because it looks like you used photogrammetry, they're very realistic :)

However I don't see why you can't implement a save / load system, it could be pretty easy by using playerPrefs :)
Do you use the built-in networking solution or a plugin like Photon ?
( I'm sure it's the Unity network but I prefer to ask :) )
Because when you bake your meat you don't have the time to bake the light :p

Did you unrar the whole .rar or just the executable ?
If you unrared only the executable it misses the folder with the data of the game ( it's in the .rar with the executable )
PS: I'm not the developper of the game lol
Edit: After actually testing it, I must say that the gameplay is very fun, but it's hard to take in hand because the car drifts like hell xD
But tha ambiance of the game is really super cool, with good music dans good graphics, keep up the good work :)
