Oh, y'know.
It still holds up, six years later. I went into expecting to be unfazed, but Slender has a reputation for a reason. Pretty strongly suggested, if you're into old horror games.

The Slender influences are obvious, but the game has an identity of its own. The monster can be rather intimidating, and the varying puzzles/tasks you need to do to get the collectibles add a decent amount of variety to the gameplay. Pretty strongly recommended.

Very claustrophobic, with the feeling that you could be in danger around every corner. But you aren't helpless. There's just enough for you to do to survive without it trivializing the creatures. A beautiful monochromatic aesthetic. Pretty strongly recommended.

AI that charges straight at you, knocking aside obstacles and pinning you to walls. Physics that will kill you on accident. Pretty constant crashing. I was somewhat optimistic, but it seems to have been a bad idea. I hear the second is better, I'd suggest that.

A solidly fine indie horror game. Nothing really too major, but it does a good enough job. A bit unpolished, though (like with the house walls not appearing from the outside).
