A few words from Sean, the developer of Wonhon: A Vengeful Spirit, who alone managed to create something that many people could not do with the team:
“It’s been roughly over 2.5 years since I started developing this game - From December 13th 2018 to July 15th 2021! Developing Wonhon by myself has been a very challenging yet rewarding experience, pushing me to learn all sorts of things about 3D modeling, animation, level design, programming, and many other components that go into creating a game.
Nearly 1000 days of development! I can probably count on one hand the days I took off during all this time, so it really has consumed my life. I remember, the first day of development was entirely spent on creating a low poly version of one of the buildings used in the game. It took some time to figure out, but it looked pretty good by the end of the day. Before starting to develop this game, I didn’t know much about 3d modeling, so just discovering that I could make a low poly approximation of a traditional Korean house in Blender got me excited enough to think I could do this all by myself.
Wonhon was truly a labor of love for me, and I hope that players will feel it as they go through the game. I should also thank Gabsung Lim for the sound design, Alex Park for the story and dialogue in the game, and everyone at Super.com for their support. It wouldn’t have been possible to bring this game to life without their assistance and encouragement.
If there are any rough spots in the game, please leave your feedback and I’ll do my best to polish it up even after the game is out. I’m excited to send this game out into the world now. Please enjoy the game!” (с) Sean, Wonhon: A Vengeful Spirit developer.

How I managed stress during the development and how's going before the release day!
Today - some thoughts on the main character design. From the start of development, I wanted the main character to have two different forms.
