This should be a campaign to demonstrate dynamic campaign and strategic map concept for VT:

Plot: Two generically-named supernations warring each other and supposedly each of them has a planet-killing grade WMD. As an independent mercenary group (read: for some reason, similar in bussines as the Celestial Being™), you have to make sure that no faction wins the war and preventing massive Mutually Assured Destruction/MAD from happening (theoritically the losing nation will be forced to unleash their so-called WMD, wiping out entire planet in the process). As an indicator, each nation has its own DEFCON level to determine what unit/WMD they can deploy. Also, the lesser nukes/other NBC payload deployed by both nations, the better your final campaign score will be.

How: Let's just say the DEFCON level can only be escalated by having a faction capturing/attacking a strategic position/city. An unit advancing towards the enemy capital will also raise the DEFCON level like crazy. The standard method of "winning" your battle will be reducing both warring armies to nothing and destroying their war factories, while in the end your forces will split to secretly move to disable both nation's WMD disposal in the same time.

The first "alternative" method I can think of so far, is the neutral "Celestial Being Style" that can be achieved by simply being as hostile as possible (attacking strategic positions of both factions without their authorization first, etc) towards both faction until the point that both faction agreed to form an alliance to smack you down. At this point, you can simply either beat them back or let them beat you down that your goal of "forcing a global unification" has been achieved.

...

Too similar to one plot we already have.

Yeah, but this one's a dynamic campaign, as per things like Falcon 4.0 or Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe or European Air War/Strike Fighters.

Well, maybe I misspoke when I said plot wise. More concept and character wise.

If you look at the few Black Ops report and when I talk like I'm in character in them, you'll notice I'm a "Legionnaire". They're importance in the world is something I can't talk about yet, but in short: they end wars.

They're the only characters persistent throughout all the campaigns, throughout all the years.

In fact they're probably flying those SU-47s in the banner.
