If you add a variable to mission scripts you wont have to tell players which plane to use and make them thumb through hundreds of aircraft. Instead, the aircraft menu will start with the specificed plane and skin selected and players can still pick a new one if they want.

I'd suggest having a "recommended plane" tag like in HAWX may be easier to implement.

"Recommended" and "Favorites" would be nice.

I think both should be made as separate categories.

Saves time browsing through 300 or more planes plus may save your life from CTD due to memory leak as well.

Most definitely.

I would treat 'Recommended' and 'Favorites' as the first two 'families' available to select, if I could.

This is a great idea, I'll add it asap.
