"war is coming to town"! You're taking part of a small team of former elite soldiers, trying to fight their way through to survive and gather intel about what happened. During your missions you will have to find a way to manage your supplies, gather information and observe the surrounding while being forced to find your team, manage your equipment and struggle to survive... Be careful on your decisions, lead the way but never be neglectful, plan and calculate your assaults, but never lose the fight! This will be your hardest duty on missions ever.

The Source might also be available on Playstation 4 and Xbox, as Lead-Developer of "The Source" announced, yetanotherIndie is in contact with Microsoft and Sony Playstation Developers Divisions on planning to be able developing The Source also on those consoles.

As Lead-Developer of The Source announced, there might be a possible future plan to release a later version of The Source also for Playstation 4 and Microsoft's Xbox systems.

These possible versions of The Source would be developed seperately.
The PC and Linux version of the Game will be released at first through digital publishing media and with addition of 2 month the Mac version will follow the planned release.

The console versions might be released months after the final release on PC / Linux as Lead-Developer of The Source stated.
