Story
February, 1985.
The story takes place in a faraway village in Haven, following the story of Desmond. Desmond's wife has gone missing and the police was unable to find any clues leading to the disappearance of his wife but they suspect she has been kidnapped. Desmond starts finding mysterius notes that seem the kidnaper of his wife has left behind. So Desmond decides to take matters to his own hands, by tracking down the kidnaper. Desmond visits numerous locations in his search, finding strange and psychotic diaries and other clues leading to the steps of the kidnaper. Will he be able to reunite with his beloved wife?
Mechanics
The goal of the game is for the player to find the hidden clues, either by searching the levels or solving puzzles in order to obtain the necessery clues. The clues will open new levels for the player to search and provide some backstory to the player. New game levels are unlocked as the player obtains more clues, its possible for a player to finish the game by going through a different sequence of levels.
The player also has a sanity meter, when there is darkness his sanity meter drops and weird effects and events take place.

Engine
The engine of the game we will be using is Unity. We think we can achieve what we want to make with this engine and expand easily on other platforms.
Influences
The game has influences from different games in different genres. The atmosphere we wanted to make is close to Amnesia: The Dark Descent and the jump scares like those in Fetal Frame. The story is heavily influenced from different Stephen King's books. Finally, we aim for an ispection system like in L.A. Noire, where every clue can open new ways of solving the puzzles of each level.

The Demo for Mac's needed some small adjustments making it a bit late. We hope that you will stay tuned for more news and more material and updates about our game!
We also found some small mistakes in the first demo for windows that we are going to be fixing for both versions very soon!
