4 of my favorite creature cards, Raptis needs high manna but provides good attack and defense with the bonus of destroying the bosses active spells and additionally increasing your health. Madusa a medium card does block the boss from playing their next turn maybe giving you a little edge. Serpent gives you early attack with a bonus of poisoning your opponent early on. Beshod also a medium card provides good defense capabilities.
