Did you think I had been abducted? It was something like that, but I put the ET to run and I'm back with some news.
Today I'm going to talk about some elements that have been polished and actually removed in The Earth's Guy.
There was a concern about the items and weapons that, along with the themes and history, were not fitting together. There were LB/RB buttons that change weapons left and right, everything was working, but combining the elements to create a fun game, which is the main objective, was really difficult.
So after thinking a lot, I decided to eliminate the LB/RB buttons, that is, you won't be able to change weapons when you want anymore. This may sound bad, but it's actually pretty good, because now the elements fit together and the gameplay has been simplified.
Along with that, you don't get weapons on the ground anymore, but yah each theme will have its own single weapon, and you can still pick up and throw objects, use mounts and a lot of other cool stuff.
Also, I had a list of some themes where I'd choose the best ones to use. I stayed with 7 of them, ie, will be used around 7 themes, each one with its own peculiarity, in order to make the game not repetitive and as exciting as possible. PS: archer's plunger was kept.
I think those were the main changes, but don't worry cause everything will make sense later and I hope you trust me that even removing things, we are moving forward!
