The Demo! Look at the Demo!
For a short while we'll be releasing the latest updates as the demo on Steam. This will be until the game develops past a point we deem to be too complex to continuously update the demo.
Try the demo, then let us know what you think so far. We're open to suggestions and ideas.
Here's what we got now
We're developing a roadmap on where we want to go with the game, but right now we're concentrating on getting the core mechanics right.

We've taken a different approach this time around with the development. We're letting you in at the ground floor. We're hiding nothing, you get to see this game being made from the start!
Our aim is to release an updated demo as often as possible. This is so that we can get as much feedback as possible. The idea will be to have a standard "hey, this is the essence of Space Farmers" type level. Then additionally a level where we show some of the other things we're currently working on so you can let us know if you think it's cool or not.
Rich is hard at work making continuous improvements to the demo at the moment. Our major focus is creating a stable foundation from which to build the remainder of the game.
Once we've hit the point when the core gameplay is stable we'll start adding new weapons and gadgets for players to mess around with. We want to bring back most, if not all, of the great stuff that was in the first game. Then we want to add a whole bunch of new things we've been planning.
At that point we'll be making further decisions on the level structure and story features. We've a rough idea of how this is going to pan out. I don't want to say too much yet before we've seen how things develop for a while.
So how can you give us your feedback? We're happy to receive it the way you'd best like to deliver it. Whether that's via IndieDb, the Steam forums or via Twitter or Facebook. We're on all those platforms so just drop us a line.
