Simulacra is aimed at being a nimble, twin stick shooter with smart tactical combat and light base building elements. Set on a faraway planet, the player assumes the role of a Robin hood-esque character, a synthetic virtual intelligence that puppets various automatons to interact with the world. You will explore the planet's surface, meet locals, and work to save them from their captors.
Initial test of getting the player character in game with temporary model and textures to gauge overall look. Character is shown in test space that uses new lighting blueprint setup that should allow for semi-dynamic time of day.
