Sim Hero v2.0.4

Changes:

- Added Settlement Defense to the HUD
- Removed difficulty on med/high level solo fights

Fixes:

- Fixed spellbook and some other book crafting
- Fixed & imporved game over screen
- fixed misspelling of cloth hat

Known Bugs/Issues:


- XP and new heroes don't show up IMMEDIATELY on the HUD (you might need to wait a few seconds).
We'll get that fixed.
