First off, thank you everyone who has joined the Discord and tested everything out! Your feedback and bug reports are always appreciated and help make the game better.
This week was our first public version of RuneTails. Overall got amazing feedback and suggestions for our current state of the game. We've been quite busy this week. The new features that were added this week were the ability to rename your pet, proper "Under Construction" for coming soon features, and the pet status system. We also nearly did a complete rework of our item system to allow for much more flexibility and global utilization. The new rework brings a whole new flow and usability during gameplay.
Along with new features were many quality-of-life updates suggested by our growing community. This includes everything from UI to gameplay elements. A few screens got some resizing and reorganizing to reduce scrolling and better game navigation. Also added better information throughout the game to help users better understand and make things more intuitive.
