Techblox is our machine-building physics game, you can create an assortment of machines and vehicles entirely out of blocks and then bring them to life in online multiplayer! You can download it for free at Techblox.com
We’ve just released a huge update which includes the new Tech Pass progression system as well as tons of new content and features and some great QoL improvements too.
This update also includes a FREE GIVEAWAY of the Supercharged Wheels Pass as a thank you for all your support so far in the early stages of the development of Techblox. Read below for more info.
Tech Pass Progression System
This update introduces 4 Tech Passes, the Basics Tech Pass, Wheels Tech Pass, Robotics Tech Pass and Flight Tech Pass:
As you earn Tech Points you can choose which Tech Pass to spend them on to progress through a specific area of Tech and unlock a specific group of content. You spend Tech Points by clicking on the large round TP button in the top right corner of the Tech Pass Progression Screen
Each Tech Pass contains blocks, materials and characters to unlock and in future we intend to add other elements such as Emotes and Decals. We will also add more Tech Passes to the game, e.g. Battle Pass.
You unlock Techpoints by playing games online with others online. Your position online determines the amount of Tech Points that you will earn.
Some of the Tech Passes are shorter in length with less levels, and we intend to expand them over time, for example in the Flight Tech Pass we intend to add more content related to flying such as Wings, Flaps, Rotors, etc.
In the future users will need to pay for the Supercharge Passes with real money but for now we have implemented a code entry system to allow existing community members who have been supporting Techblox in its early development to get the Premium Row of the Wheels Tech Pass for free.
Once users purchase [or use a code to get] the Premium row of a Tech Pass they will also get all future content added to that Tech Pass.

This update includes a number of character skins that can be unlocked, including skins from our previous game, Robocraft
We also have a few other cosmetic parts like glitter painting and even exhausts which emit a fire visual effect.

Siempre me pareció un juego interesante y con muchas posibilidades de mejorar. Aunque los últimos cambios han ido puliendo de poco en poco el juego hay otros que, tras ser avisados como próximas actualizaciones, no se han dado.
Pero no es lo único que pienso del juego, no pretendo dejar un mal sabor de boca. El juego es estupendo! las mecánicas y físicas van mejorando a medida que pasa el tiempo, Cada arma puede desempeñar un rol y a la vez ser muy versátil, La libertad de crear y dar forma juega un papel importante, el meta juego que se mantiene variable a causa de los jugadores evidencia que el juego esta palpitando energía y vida y con el cambio a Infinity se va a poner mucho mejor!
The system of earnings from CRF didn't need to be changed, it was awesome and allowed to feel yourself like "genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist", and helping new players((
Invisible robots in CRF with cosmetic parts, wich you haven't - worst decision for last years. For now 80% players see two (!!) of twenty five my robots. No one will ever see rly interesting works made of 200+ banners or of 200+ half-masks, even simple glass robots consisting of 1k + of glass cubes can see only few old players. Bricks, flying bricks and one-legged freaks occupy 90% of the CRF (for a huge number of players who don't have cosmetics).
They go to the factory and see square heaps of excrement, or one mech leg (or 4 insect legs) with legendary rail on top. I'm sure this is very much developing their creativity, encourages them to create something interesting and makes them strive for these "heights" of engineering excellence.
Because of this changes (absolutely harmful and unnecessary) I lost the desire to create something new and beautiful. Due to changes in balance (boosts), the desire to play in battles I lost too. And as a consequence - I don't want to play the game, in which I played 3.5k hours (only from the Steam client), because it was about craftsmanship and creativity, but became about bricks, donate, and one-legged freaks.

I think that this game is AWESOME, and its being tweaked every update with new options/blocks/balances... devs changing things up so things don't get boring, and its easy enough to get alot of build materials if you simply play for a night. This game has been around for a while, so take a breather, enjoy it for a weekend with the kids (good4allages) and see what's new the next week or even a month down the road. Won't disappoint you, plenty of creativity to build your own bots, like a legoset! and give hitshots to other players to win endgame prizes!
