Just a heads up for everyone, our next version 2.0.0 (also known as Gamma) is almost ready for release. It's already uploaded onto Desura, which will allow us to push out automatically downloadable content patches. Menaing we'll be able to release more small patches rather then waiting 3-6 months for a large content update. While desura won't be mandatory it will be the reccomended way of downloading and installing future versions of Red Alert: A Path Beyond.

You can't yet. As the article says, it is not released yet. Soon it will be available in several places, one of which includes Desura.
