The Nord Alliance is not a single faction but rather a grouping of similar but sovereign factions. While there is a standing agreement between the parties of the alliance there are the occasional wars. One might think these small and petty but when the Nord go to war they often take the bulk of the galaxy with it. Nord are some of fiercest warriors the galaxy has ever seen and still wage war much like they did in the human age with no fear of ship boarding and hand to hand combat. Despite this Nord are typically very peaceful and quite slow to anger. Nord factions are even better known for being some of the greatest craftsmen in the galaxy with wares ranging from small personal accessories to beautifully handcrafted Gar being the only peoples with enough skill and drive to hand craft such a ship. Nord are also shrewd businessmen even the cold efficiency of The Faction's largest corporations have yet been able to overtake the Nordic factions hold on shipping and long range trade.
