Project Frequency Alpha 0.1.2 Patch Notes:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug that drained your stamina if you held the sprint button down while standing still
- Fixed a bug that prevented the monsters from attacking the player in close range
- Fixed a bunch of other bugs related to the back end of the game
Balancing/General Changes:
- Tweaked the stamina drain values on draining and running, you can now fight/run for longer before running out of stamina
- Changed the options menu to ESC and the flashlight to F
- You can now merge ammo boxes of the same category
- Tweaked the melee weapons in terms of range/speed and stamina drain
- Increased the lighter chance from 45% to 60% (Less flicking)
- Tweaked the audio levels on certain sounds so they don't exceed in volume
- Increased the ammo count on ammo pouches
- Lowered the AK recoil, it's now possible to fire it automatically as long as you're able to control the recoil
- Pills now heal your stamina and sanity, save these when fighting monsters with melee weapons
- Jump height increased
- Throwable Can weapon introduced, you can use this to distract monsters by throwing it
- Revamped the Horde Mode, removed all the hunger/thirst items and replaced them with more ammo
- Horde Mode now has static weapon drops, instead of randomized (These horde changes will ramp up the action)
- Tweaked the loot tables on Survive, added more spawners
- Added a Save and Load system to Survive mode, there's only one saving point, which is in the first house you find after crossing the second long path. There's a computer with a text ontop, to save the game you just stare at the computer till you hear a sound which will let you know that the game has saved
- All loot/inventory/weapons get saved and they get loaded perfectly when you start playing again, monsters don't get saved (when loaded, they tend to break and not do anything)
For the next update, it will include:
- Two handed melee weapons
- Weapon Durability
- An additional expansion to the Survive map
- Maybe a new Horde map
- And other unannounced features!
