An interesting game. Thank you for sharing this game on ModDB. I'd like to know if the doors opening up "suddenly" by means of a ground button was an engine limitation. Would it be possible for the button to be slightly elevated and then move down when stepped upon?
It is a limitation. It works like Doom - you can`t have a floor over another one for example. But with this engine, you can`t choose the speed the sector moves (the door up or down). You also can`t have bridges. When you see one, it`s a model with its collision. About the button, its the same thing as the door only more complicated. You can`t. Its a nice idea but you can`t.
