One of the primary skills of the game involves the Boost. Boosting consumes your boost meter charge, which slowly replenishes over time, or much faster while performing tricks such as Railgrinding and Wallriding or even Air Tricks.

BoostOne of the primary skills of in OverGround involves the Boost. Boosting consumes your boost meter charge, which slowly replenishes over time, or much faster while performing tricks such as Railgrinding and Wallriding or even Air Tricks.

Being able to manage your boost meter for maximum uptime is key factor to be a fast runner in OverGround. As such the multiple paths offered by the track can provide a longer path but allows for fast Boost recovery through Railgrinds or Wallrides, or shorter paths that will allow you to expend your boost meter. If the path is particularly challenging to follow, it can even reward you with both a shortcut and Boost recovery methods!
