The fight for survival is on! OverDose is a class, team & objective based multiplayer game set on a post-apocalyptic Earth. With gameplay in the tradition of classic games such as Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Enemy Territory, melded with up to date gameplay mechanics and movement, OverDose is a unique blend of online action, team play and of course, lots of gore. Using id tech 2 as a base, OverDose features updated engine features like full real time lighting and shadow mapping, physically based rendering, particle and physics simulations and more. Plus, in classic id Software tradition, our engine and game are fully moddable and scriptable, meaning even amateur mod makers can bring their own creations to life with ease. This isn't war... It's an all out apocalypse!
They told me I couldn't do it. They told me I was insane... They told me... Wait, who is they? Anyway, what follows is possibly the most epic ingame video slash music video slash sex ba-bomb you will ever see.
Unless you like Justin Bieber. In which case, any video you see will be amazing.
Watch in HD here:
Tick-Tack
Tick again
Tack at that
And do it again

Monty Python-fan?
If you are asking me if I like, understand and appreciate real comedy, then yes, I am British. :p
You know, this little movie made me think of it. Complete crazy humor, as nothing happens, and we're indeed waiting for something to happen ;)
That is quite a high quality watch.
Tick tick tick that's the sound of your life running out.
great watch, nice landscape, all great.
but why a 5+ min. movie of a watch ??
i watched it, and watched it, and watched it, thinking something would happen....
ok, the watch does work real time, and that is really great, but after 2 mins i already did understand that.
other than that, great watch!

Because I can.
Not everything has to have a special purpose, and if you couldn't tell from the video that it wasn't to be taken seriously then I think you missed the point :p
Time's wrong.
On the contrary, it happens to be right 730 times a year.
That's the most amazing comment I've ever read on ModDB.
Gotta love Monty Python references.
Also, awesome feature.
I laffed.
this is the most boring video I have ever seen, I'm sorry
I can't believe I just stared at an imaginary clock ticking for five minutes. Aside from that, it's an interesting little touch, and the sky looks downright gorgeous.
is this meant to show off a real time weather and time of day feature? because if that's how fast it's going to go in the game AWESOME. If not, and it's simply a pre rendered watch ticking for a few minutes, then, well... good thing I skipped most of it.
