Olvand is a little multiplayer sandbox RPG, where the players live in self-built towns and can go on all kinds of adventures together. Imagine living with your friends in a small town in the mountains, or creating a new group of friends in a pub in the metropole you all live in. There will be several mini-games the inhabitants of a server can play together, among which will be combat based games like King of the Hill or Capture the Flag. You will be able to play against other people in your city, or as a city against another city, or as a whole server against another server. The combat works with self-built guns, in which all kinds of powers can be combined to create unique effects.

I think there might be a malfunction on the server status list on olvand.com because it says the only server available is testserver1 but i try to connect and nothing. open 4111 port on router(udp and tcp):check It seems the server is dead because i can't ping it on the command line and if i try to test the port with some website like this it says the port is closed. Is the servers down or did the port change or something? Furthermore i've pinged all the oher servers and there seems to be only 2 online ConAndreas Olvand Time To Play |

Testserver1 crashed because of a bug in Alpha 8.3 that was fixed in Alpha 8.4 |

Indeed, thanks a lot for your help, Noah . This article partly answers your question: Indiedb.com. The new patch is authorized now, I already asked the server admins to revive their servers again. And crashed servers indeed sometimes keep sending (incorrect) messages that they're alive, which you could call a bug. I've come up with an idea to fix this, so in the next update this hopefully won't be a problem anymore. Thanks for testing so far in any case! Edited by: Woseseltops |

Fixed this: not only will servers stop sending messages once they think they've crashed, they will also try to restart themselves! |
